Karen ManganI have been using We Love Trees since 2021. First, just a for an overdue total trim and shape of all my oak trees and routine maintenance thereafter. The ice storm of 2023 ravaged my trees, as it did trees throughout Austin & beyond. Matt came over almost immediately after I called to remove a large branch on my power line. He was unable to come back for a several weeks due to the workload, but made every effort to help me get the largest most precarious branches moved right away for safety’s sake. Since Matt’s crews were still working multiple larger properties, Matt promised that, at the very least, all of debris would be on the curb by the time the city’s large brush pickup was due in my neighborhood, even if he had to do it himself. He kept his promise and he did it by himself! This is a family business and Matt is on the frontline. He cares about his customers and cares about the trees.
